this is to c5m about was i smaller than that, i didn't say n e thing to ya, but i was 61kg before i started gym so that is massive gain to do in 6 months but im bigger now its been another 3 months on top of that so alot of progress happened Smile

but cant be fucked yet to take a foto lol
