cannot see confirmation codes

hi guys just wondering if you know why this is happening. anyways when i try and make accounts for anything they usually require some kind of confirmation code or something? for some reason i can't see the confirmation code thing. ah any ideas? much appreciated.

umm if you have any firewalls/internet security enabled try disabling that for the moment incase its blocking the server that the images are hosted on
